Description
This topi, a type of antelope, is 10-minutes newly born in this image from Kenya's Masai Mara National Reserve. It is still wet and uncleaned (mother was working on cleaning up afterbirth so as to not draw predators) and literally taking it's first few steps and looking out into the dawn light on the great plains of East Africa for the first time.
