Description
I had arrived well before sunset to set up for some ridge line photos in the forested hills adjacent to Mt Rainier, Washington, so had a few hours to wait. The early-evening blues turned out to be much more spectacular than a rather drab sunset that followed. These blue colors were what came out of my camera and what I saw that evening - the image hue has not been altered at all, and no other color adjustments or toning were made. It was just the surreal colors that day that I happened to catch for this shoot.
