Early morning light near the basecamp for the north ridge of Mt. Everest, on the Tibet side of the mountain. Early morning lights the lower parts of the ridge and the peak of Mt Everest. While it may seem strange to process a sunrise image in black and white, I actually like this one much better than the color image. This monochrome image emulates the look and grain of Afga 400 ISO black and white film.
