Description
This very complex and psychedelic fractal is part of my 'Buddha realms' series. It looks to be symmetrical and has huge amounts of detail in its bends, twists, and fluting. I have used reds much more in this image than I usually do, giving it a bold look, almost with an essence of an angry bull.
This image is what is known as a Diamond fractal; it was generated with a buddhabrot algorithm and has a 4D ZrZi projection displayed on the ZrZi plane. I use a 6000 pixel square canvas at 240 pixel per inch resolution for all my buddhabrot images. The rendering process assigns colors to individual points based on how many times a particular pixel is 'hit' over the full rendering time. I have a 36" canvas of this image hanging at home.
