About this image
While waiting for sunset on Hurricane Ridge, Washington, there were some quite tame black-tailed deer in the area. So I spent some time with this one and got a portrait, after about an hour, with the rich green forest behind the deer once it finally moved where I was hoping it would go. Taken in July 2018.
