Two bald eagles in battle as Sheffield Mills, Nova Scotia, February 2021. The marauding eagle, above, came in to steal some food on a very windy day. The wind allowed it to hover above the eagle on the ground and hold its ground in an extended fight that eventually led to the eagle on the ground ceding its food and fleeing the scene.
