Description
As I write this (02 Nov 2019), I just watched the first episode of the new Apple television program, See. When I was on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, in summer 2018 I was shooting in Strathcona Park just as the See film crew arrived at Ralph River, where I was camped out. As it turns out, Myra Falls was featured prominently in the first episode. And rightly so - when the water is low you can scramble up rocks to get to this vantage point. At sunset in late August, the sun sets directly in the gap above the falls, an added bonus.

A truly beautiful spot, with a delightful waterfall. One feels that one has discovered a secret, hidden place.
