Description
15 second exposure of the Lower Qualicum Falls on Vancouver Island. The green water of this rainforest river is silky smooth and appears to be flowing out in a starburst pattern.

Thanks Peggy! You just need to duck under the fence at the bottom of the lower falls to get to this - another low water only shot though, as there is some light scrambling up a river bed portion that is too slippery when wet.

So gorgeous! Love the silky smooth long exposure of the water surrounded by the rough texture of the rocks.

Love how the long exposure creates the feeling of a starburst pattern and still leaves a feeling of movement.
